Amy and Dwight Irwin, Ripley residents and the Publishers of Grey-Bruce Kids magazine – the area’s leading resource for parents and caregivers – and Huron-Perth Boomers, launched Grey-Bruce Boomers in 2014. The full-colour, glossy, premiere magazine directly targets the Baby Boomer generation (adults 50+).

The first issue was released on Dec. 1, 2014, with 11,000 copies being free for pick-up at over 300 locations across Grey and Bruce counties. The quarterly publication has been accepted with excitement from the public and business community throughout its first three years.

Stories are written by local people for local people, on a variety of topics including health and wellness, travel, finance, recreation, personal feature stories and many other informative areas of interest to the Baby Boomer generation.

We saw your magazine today at our local Medical Centre and was wondering where we can pick up a copy of our own. We live in Hanover.
Thank you.

Just wondering where I can pick up some copies of the magazine? We are members of the Huron Fringe Field Naturalists and lead a group up the Bruce Peninsula each year and include a copy of Boomers with our info packets.

Hello, we are a newly-formed group in Owen Sound called the Owen Sound Threshold Singers. We are currently singing to hospice patients at Chapman House in Owen Sound. As we grow, we hope to also sing to hospice patients at the hospitals, the nursing homes, and in clients’ own homes. We are a volunteer group of singers and we do not charge anything for our service. Would you be interested in publishing a short article about our group? We can write the article for your magazine. Thanking you in advance, Nancy MacDonald
